Hash Flash --- LVH3 Duddon Valley Campout
Saturday there was a kick-ass run. Up and down hills with ankle-twisting paths,
rivers, a beer-and-ice-cream stop, a stomach-deep bog, an icy river to swim in
for the bold or tipsy, and perfect running weather.
Unfortunately I was too lazy to bring a camera on the run. maybe one to the
LVH3 people had one. Anyway it was a pretty sweet run. Imagine what it
looked like.
